What is the Cinexis Hub?

The Cinexis Hub is a physical hardware device we ship to your home. It runs a local bot engine that powers your WhatsApp and Telegram smart home control — entirely on the device, not in any cloud. It connects to your Home Assistant on the local network.

Do I need the Cloud Addon to use the Hub?

No. The Hub works independently for WhatsApp, Telegram, Alexa, and Google Home control. The Cloud Addon is a separate add-on if you also want secure remote access to your Home Assistant dashboard from outside your home.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from India and deliver within 3–7 business days across all major cities and most tier-2 locations. We dispatch within 1 business day of order confirmation.

Does the bot work without internet?

For local commands (on your home network), the Hub works even during internet outages. WhatsApp and Telegram require internet, but local HA automations continue running regardless.

Can my whole family use it?

Yes — add multiple WhatsApp and Telegram numbers with individual access levels. The Standard Hub supports up to 5 family members; Pro is unlimited.

What if the Hub has a hardware problem?

All Hubs come with a warranty (1–3 years depending on model). Contact our support team and we will repair or replace the unit.

Is my home data private?

Yes. Bot processing happens on the Hub in your home — commands never pass through our servers. The Cloud Addon tunnels HA traffic encrypted (TLS 1.3) — we route it, we cannot read it.
