When you register for Cinexis, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information processed securely through Razorpay. We also collect technical data including your IP address, Home Assistant node identifier, and usage logs to provide and improve our service.
Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore and Europe. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. We do not store your Home Assistant credentials or access your home automation data. Tunnel traffic passes through our servers encrypted and is not logged or inspected.
