When you register for Cinexis, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (for hardware orders), and payment information processed securely through Razorpay. We also collect technical data including your IP address, Home Assistant node identifier, and usage logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process hardware orders and arrange delivery
- To provide and manage your Cloud Addon service
- To send service notifications and support responses
- To monitor service health and troubleshoot issues
3. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored on servers in India. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. The Cinexis Hub processes bot commands locally in your home — we do not receive or store your automation commands or home data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Razorpay (payment processing), shipping partners (delivery address for hardware), and law enforcement only when legally required.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at privacy@cinexis.cloud. We will respond within 30 days.

We use only essential authentication cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
