How do I install the Cinexis add-on?▼
Go to Home Assistant → Settings → Add-ons → Add-on Store. Click the ⋮ menu (top right) and select "Repositories". Add: https://github.com/cinexisin/cinexis-remote-access. Then find "Cinexis Remote Access" in the store and click Install.
Where do I enter my license key?▼
After installing the add-on, go to its Configuration tab and enter your license key. Or if using the WhatsApp bot, go to the bot web UI → Settings → License.
My HA URL isn't loading. What should I do?▼
First, ensure the add-on is running (green status in HA). Wait 60 seconds after start. Check the add-on logs for any errors. If the tunnel shows "Established", the issue may be with your HA instance itself — check HA is accessible locally.
Can I access HA on my phone?▼
Yes! Your Cinexis URL (e.g. yourname.ha1.cinexis.cloud) works on any browser including mobile. You can also set it as the external URL in the HA mobile app.
How do I cancel my subscription?▼
Contact us at billing@cinexis.cloud with your registered email and we'll cancel immediately. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
Is my home automation data secure?▼
Yes. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. We never see or log your HA data — only the encrypted tunnel passes through our servers. Your credentials stay on your device.
The add-on shows "Pending" status. Why?▼
"Pending" means your license hasn't been activated yet. This happens if payment hasn't been completed or verified. Contact support@cinexis.cloud with your payment receipt.
