Which path
Do you need a Hub at all?
Plenty of people do not. If you already run Home Assistant, the add-on is the cheaper and simpler answer — we would rather tell you that than sell you a box.
You do not, or you want it done properly
- You do not want to run or maintain a home server
- You run Home Assistant in Docker, which cannot use add-ons
- You have KNX, Control4 or a camera system worth configuring once, properly
- You want someone accountable if it stops working

It arrives configured
The Hub is set up for your home before it ships. Where installation is included, an installer connects it and hands it over working.
You message your home
WhatsApp and Telegram configured, family added, sensitive actions set to ask you first. You should be using it the same day it is installed.

We do not claim nationwide same-week coverage. Tell us where you are and we will confirm whether an installer can reach you, and when — before you pay for anything.
The Hub runs Home Assistant
It is not a closed appliance. Underneath it is Home Assistant, so you keep the same open platform, the same integrations, and the ability to take it further yourself later. If you outgrow us, you are not stuck.

Do I still pay a subscription?
Yes. The managed equipment is separate; the subscription covers remote access, WhatsApp, Telegram and voice control. They are quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for. Plans.
What if I already bought a Raspberry Pi or a NUC?
Then use it. Install Home Assistant OS and the CINEXIS add-on — you do not need our hardware. We will help you size it if you ask.
Does the Hub work if the internet is down?
Local control keeps working — it is running Home Assistant on your own network. Remote access, WhatsApp, Telegram and voice need internet, and reconnect on their own when it returns.
Who supports it if something breaks?
We do, for the Hub and the CINEXIS service. Where an installer did the work, they are the first line for anything physical — wiring, devices, mounting.
Can I move it to a new house?
Yes. The Hub goes with you and keeps your setup. Tell us when you move so we can keep your remote address working.
