The Cinexis Hub is a physical device shipped to your delivery address across India.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Order processing: 1 business day after payment confirmation
• Metro cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all Hub Standard and Hub Pro orders
• Hub Lite: ₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹5,000

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch. We ship via trusted partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or equivalent).

Cloud Addon — Digital Delivery

The Cloud Addon license key is delivered digitally — instantly to your registered email upon payment, and always available in your customer portal. No physical shipping, no waiting.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable), the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 3 attempts, the package is returned to us and we contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your Hub arrives damaged, email support@cinexis.cloud with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
