Your names are kept
Whatever you called things in Home Assistant is what you say to CINEXIS. No second naming scheme to learn.
Hide what you do not want
Devices you would rather not expose to messaging or voice can be hidden — sensors, diagnostics, anything sensitive.

My device is not on this list — will it work?
Probably. If Home Assistant already controls it, CINEXIS can ask Home Assistant to control it. This list is what we support directly, on top of everything HA does.
Do I need the top plan for KNX?
KNX, Control4 and Tuya are on the highest tier, because they are the ones that need real support behind them. The table above shows exactly where each starts.
Can I bring an existing KNX project across?
Yes — ETS project import reads your existing group addresses, so you are not re-mapping the building by hand.
Where does camera footage go?
It stays on your own recorder. CINEXIS requests a snapshot when you ask for one and sends that to you. We do not stream or store your footage. More on data.
