We want you to be completely satisfied with Cinexis. If you are not happy with our service, we offer the following refund policy.
All new subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment. No questions asked. To request a refund within this window, email us at billing@cinexis.cloud with your registered email and order ID.
After the 7-day period, refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your paid period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Razorpay processing time may vary.
Annual plan customers are eligible for a prorated refund for remaining unused months, minus any applicable discounts received, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the standard 7-day policy applies.
Email billing@cinexis.cloud with your registered email address, payment order ID, and the reason for your refund request. We respond within one business day.
