1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Cinexis Cloud services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Cinexis provides a secure reverse tunnel service that allows you to remotely access your Home Assistant installation. The service requires a compatible Home Assistant add-on and a valid license key.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must use the service only for lawful purposes
• You must not attempt to access other users' systems
• You must not use the service to distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
• You must not share your license key with unauthorised third parties
• One license key may be used with one Home Assistant installation

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Cinexis is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime for Pro plans and 99.9% for Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure or force majeure events.

6. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cinexis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
